Usage Tips

2) The claim limit will be up to the Original Invoice value of the product
3) Cupertino has the right to reject if any of the below conditions are met:
(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(c) to damages caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Manufacturer’s Products specifications (Most Product specifications are available at Manufacturer’s website under the technical specifications for each product and also available in product packaging);
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, lightning or other external cause;
(e) to damage caused by operating any Product outside the Manufacturer’s published guidelines;
(f) to any Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Cupertino;
(g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product;
(h) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product; or its Original Packaging
4) All claims must be presented with proof of purchase.
